ASHEVILLE, N.C. — The Biltmore Championship Asheville today announced a series of programs to honor local military members, veterans and first responders, including special ticket offerings presented by SDV Office Systems and the celebration of Folds of Honor Friday during tournament week.

Complimentary tickets are available to active-duty service members and one dependent for each competition day, Sept. 17-20, while supplies last. Discounted tickets are available to veterans, reserve, retired and National Guard members, as well as first responders and one dependent.

Eligible recipients must verify their status through GOVX to claim tickets and all tickets are subject to a $2.00 fulfillment fee. Tickets are available online only and will not be available at tournament gates. Quantities are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

The tournament will also recognize Folds of Honor Friday presented by SDV Office Systems on Friday, Sept. 18. Fans are encouraged to wear red, white and blue in support of military members, first responders and their families and can pick up a commemorative Folds of Honor pin at tournament gates while supplies last.

Folds of Honor is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational scholarships to the families of fallen or disabled military service members and first responders. Through the Biltmore Championship Asheville's partnership with Folds of Honor, 14 individuals from the Asheville region will receive academic scholarships.

Fans are encouraged to gather at the first tee at 6:50 a.m. for a special ceremony featuring the National Anthem and recognition of military members, first responders and their families.
