ASHEVILLE, N.C. – With the inaugural Biltmore Championship Asheville just weeks away, the tournament is teaming up with Asheville Humane Society to help local pets find loving homes through its Mutts and Putts campaign. From Aug. 31 through Sept. 6, the tournament will cover adoption fees for all animals adopted from Asheville Humane Society. As part of the campaign, dogs adopted during the week will also go home sporting custom Biltmore Championship Asheville bandanas.

"From the course to the kennels, we're committed to making a positive impact in the Asheville community," said Nate Goldsnider, Tournament Director of the Biltmore Championship Asheville. "Mutts and Putts is a fun way to support Asheville Humane Society and help more animals find their forever homes as we build excitement for the inaugural tournament."

Looking for a loyal caddie? Free adoptions will take place at Asheville Humane Society (14 Forever Friend Lane, Asheville, N.C.) from Aug. 31 through Sept. 6. All animals adopted through Asheville Humane Society come fully vaccinated, spay/neutered, microchipped and with a full bag of food.
